How to Use Spiderman Pushups for a Full Body Workout

Hold at the bottom for a second, with your knee and elbow as close to touching as possible, then push back up and bring your foot back to rest beside the other one.

Repeat the same motion with the other leg, and count each set with each leg as one rep.
