Superheroes are the few "people" in the universe that possess special abilities that enable them to help the masses. They can see through walls, eat planets, travel in lightning-fast speeds, fly into space, breath fire out of their eyes, and shoot webs with a simple hand gesture.
But like many of them, their powers alone are not enough to even allow them to be the superheroes we know them by today.
Let's take a deeper look into the reason why superheroes can be superheroes. And I just happen to like Spiderman, so we'll use him as an example.
Spiderman helps the victims of evil super villains by getting there fast and defeating them with his superhuman strength or tying them up in impossibly strong webs.
But take a brief moment to think about how Spiderman can be the city savior that he is.
The answer lies in his being in the city! Not in the forest, the ocean, or the farmlands, right? Where would Spiderman swing on?
Spiderman travels efficiently by swinging his way to where the bad guys are. And his other special abilities such as his sixth sense, enhanced strength and speed, and his spiderweb-shooting powers can only be used most efficiently in the city; where he can utilize the buildings and other city advantages.
Now, relate this observation to the real world; to our own lives.
Are we in an environment where we can fully release our potential to utilize the talents with which we were born?
Take a moment to think about that idea, because unless we are in the right "place," we can never possibly be our best selves.
So, take a look at where you are now in your life, and honestly determine whether or not it is an environment where you can be a superhero.
